MAX FOSTER
Founding Partner
Max Foster is a seasoned real estate investor with over ten years’ experience in identifying, negotiating, acquiring and managing profitable investments in the Twin Cities metro area. His portfolio is diversified across single family, multifamily and short-term rentals. Max is a hands-on investor who enjoys the challenges and rewards of the real estate business, from market analysis and deal sourcing to property management and value creation.

Max holds an entrepreneurship degree from the University of St. Thomas and an MBA from St. Cloud State University. Having led one of the region's top contract manufacturing companies, DSI Machining & Fabrication Solutions, for nearly two decades, Max developed a passion for continuous improvement which he also employs in his real estate ventures. He is an experienced EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) integrator and believes in the power of systemization to improve processes, productivity and profitability.

With a passion for travel and wilderness, Max is also a renowned landscape photographer. His work hangs in luxury homes and offices around the world and has been featured in numerous publications such as National Geographic, Outdoor Photographer, and dedicated photography books.

As a Minnesota native, Max enjoys spending summers on the lake with his family. On weekends you will find him cycling, walking “the lakes” and attending outdoor concerts.
DAN FRANK

Dan Frank brings over 14 years of real estate experience to his role as the co-founder of Maverick Property Group. Starting his investing career with single-family townhomes and leveraging 1031 exchanges to transition into apartment buildings, Dan strategically focuses on value-add properties for long-term wealth accumulation. His real estate investing philosophy is akin to playing Monopoly – strategically upgrading from "green houses to red hotels."

Before his venture into real estate, Dan had an almost decade-long career as a professional airline pilot, navigating regional jets across the US and Canada. This experience instilled in him a disciplined, detail-oriented approach that he applies to every investment opportunity.

As an experienced realtor, Dan is ranked in the top 5% of sales associates in the Twin Cities Metro Area. His accolades include the "RE/MAX Platinum Club" and "Super Agent" awards from Mpls St. Paul Magazine, underscoring his expertise in the Twin Cities real estate market.

Outside of real estate, Dan enjoys spending quality time with his family, boating, and following the Minnesota Vikings.
